| 我是7月24日下午到达酒店,前台说房间在打扫,要等,并没有人递上毛巾和茶,没有宾至如归的感觉。在check out 时在前台我是看见有一携两位宝宝的女士被招呼用茶和毛巾,服务员状甚殷情。心里真是蛮不是滋味,饭店难道不一视同仁地对待客人吗?抑或服务员之间的服务水准有差别?纸帽和贝壳手链要提醒才给。愤愤不平时,老公开玩笑说:可能是你的样子太土.不至于吧!晕啊!咱不算金领也算白领啊. | |

| I paid over 2000 RMB for an ocean view room in July 7 and I ended up with a room with concrete ocean view with so little sun that our clothes did not dry after 3 days. With two small children, I decided not to ask for a change room even I could see there were many similar unoccupied rooms. When I checked in, they alway told you this was the last room. This happened to me last year and after repeated requests, we moved to another room with bigger balcony. I checked out late at night and I, of course, paid full night. Ever after I made the payments, I was reminded by several suprevisors that I had t pay full night. I was so angry. First, I got the lousy ocean concrete room and I was stupid enough that I had to be remined many times. The hotel services are going downhill.Check-in and check-out are always a longer than necessary process. Breakfast buffet is just passable. The only thing good about Hiltons is the good swimming pool and good water slide. It is not worth to pay more for this hotel. Just stay in the least expensive room. With Pullman, Ritz Carlton, Hiltons is definitely no longer a choice for me any more. I just spent a night at Pullman and I paid 1260 for a pool side room with pool access. Water slide is still not working which makes Pullman an inferior choice for my children. I am now staying at Ritz (7/27-7/30 and I paid 2600 for a pool side room with my how jaccuzi.My chilren are happy with the close vicinity to the pool but depressed with their wimpy water slide. The pool by the ocean is great, better than Hilton. However, I lost power in my room and the mechanic came in without flashnight. I had to give him one. He did find out and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Then, the DVD was not connected properly, sound without picture. They sent in a mechanic who could not read English and was clueless. The TV/DVD remote is all in English. I did find out the problem myself but the remote did not work with fast forward, subtitle or other basic DVD function. The TV picture was so painful to watch. With these so-called 6 star hotel in Sanya, they are 6 star in look and pricing, 4 star services is already too kind to them. The staff is so undertrained. Staying in Pullman is most affordable but with crumblesome assess to beach. However, you can simply walk to Hiltons or Ritz to use their much better pools. | |

| 酒店的设计不算很豪华,但是让人感觉很舒服。三楼能直通整个酒店,酒店的员工见面都能主动打招呼,让人觉得很亲切。CHECK IN的时候,主动送上冰柠檬茶和冰毛巾,在火热的三亚,感觉太舒服了!最值得称赞的是酒店的游泳池,有多个不同的泳池,水质非常好,清澈见底。早上的自助早餐也非常丰盛,而且在暑假,儿童是免费的,这个很值得称赞。只可惜我们去的时候可能不是周末的关系,人不太多,西餐厅的自助晚餐就不开了,有点失望。CHECK OUT的速度非常快,赞一个!再有,携程的免费用车真是太棒了! 补充点评 2008年7月26日 : 补充一下:酒店应该改进一下淋浴间的去水问题,水去得太慢了,弄得整个开放式的浴室都是水。 | |

| 我们是7/20入住的豪华房,前台主动送上冰毛巾、茶水和折叠帽子。房间很大,设施齐全,去海滩很方便,早餐品种没有银泰多。游泳池超级的大和漂亮,连我这个“旱鸭子”也忍不住要下水去了。就是泳池旁的凉亭老是客满,只有大清早的才能有空位。携程的点到点用车服务不错,较方便。千万不能去大东海银泰对面的“海东海鲜城”,实在是太宰了,3个人吃海鲜要了我们1100元,还是红沙鱼排那里比较好。总之,这次去三亚度假,全家都很开心的。 | |

| 希尔顿对我来说是一场噩耗 7.1 我们入住两间豪华海景房,房间有一只一边有靠背,一边无靠背的沙发,无靠背的地方后面有一个对角的锋利的木头隔断。(大家千万要注意!!!)我10岁的儿子坐在无靠背的沙发上,另外一个小孩坐在有靠背的一边,那时我儿子玩的太开心,以为自己这边也有靠背,一下靠了下去,结果后脑被撕开了5-6CM的口子鲜血直淋,接下来更气愤的是酒店连陪我们去医院都不肯,光帮我们叫了一辆超贵的的士去三亚(费用要我们自己付),儿子在医院缝了两针(医药费自理),我们接下去几天所有的度假心情都没了。 作为国际性的大酒店,我不知道,客人在入住它后,发生意外会怎么做?客人在酒店发生意外酒店是不是有责任?反正希尔顿给我们的感觉只是一个很“无一点责任和义务”的“客气”的旁观者。气愤!!!难道这就是5星的服务----漂亮的外观+推卸责任。难道你们就没想到酒店设施有不合理的地方?(那可是5-6CM的口子)如果换成老年人...我无法可想.... 这里要表扬下携程,一直很关心我们,谢谢了!! | |

| 酒店很漂亮,房间也很大。不过对待国人和外国人的态度确实有明显的差别,正如之前网友所言,check in时我也没享受到茶和毛巾,也没拿到希尔顿的特色帽子,虽然我旁边的两对老外都拿到了。不想多计较,觉得和这样的前台计较简直掉价。不过经常发生这种情况,我都怀疑这是希尔顿管理层的态度了。除此之外,其他都很满意。下次可能会去喜来登试试,据司机称这两家在三亚不相上下,当然也和前台小姐的态度有关。 | |

| 酒店大堂装修颇具特色,园景湖景一流,RECEPTION服务员蛮好的。CHECK IN用时不到半分钟并主动献上冰红茶和纸帽子。 我和老婆入住3216,湖景房也可以看到一点点海。房间设施不错,比较舒适,但部分细节尚需完善。被子厚重,熨斗没有使用说明。室内开放式卫浴比较潮湿,是否可以安装除湿设备呢。 游泳池很大,水好,游起来超级爽。 丰园中餐厅的饭菜属于中等水平,相比质量价格偏贵,米饭十五一碗且不好吃,我这桌的女服务员听不懂普通话,交流起来很费劲,最后还漏了一个菜。 酒店的公共海滩没有照明,存在安全隐患,这一点不如邻居万豪和喜来登。 问询处一女服务员态度恶劣,我问她到中心广场步行需要多长时间,打车多少钱竟一概不知,告诉我出去问别人,这样太损酒店形象,建议把她炒掉。 总的来说五星级的客房与环境,三星级的服务。下次去三亚住隔壁的丽思卡尔顿。嘎嘎。 | |

| 这个星期刚去了回来,旺季,外国人特别多。没有订到海景房,但房间里设施还是很不错,服务生水平也高。推荐中餐厅,好吃而且以五星级酒店的水准来说算是价格合理--尤其对比隔壁新的超五星酒店丽思卡尔顿来说,Hilton的服务和收费简直是超值!总的来说,Hilton在亚龙湾不算是最新的酒店,但服务质素和环境绝对是最值得推荐的一家! | |

| 定的是海景房,前台主动升级为豪华海景房.本来是安排6号楼的,但是房间还没有收拾好,推荐我们住1502.本来觉得是双床房不愿意换,前台说拼床后感觉不出来的,其他都一样的.事实上的确如此,拼床后是铺上大床的床垫,2米多宽,超级舒服.房间景色也相当不错,里面的设计和设施更加不用说了.比万豪好很多.服务员的水平有待提高,前台不太热情.退房时候楼层服务员开始说我们拿漏很多衣服,事实上我们全部收拾好了,证明他们工作不太细心.吃方面,选择还是够的,每个餐厅都有自己特色.入住当天是我生日,前台主动送了一个蛋糕到房间,还有前台部经理签名的生日贺卡,的确比较细心! | |
