| 这个酒店住过很多次,说实话也没什么特别值得赞扬的.整体来说酒店的装修格调有点问题,粗看挺气派的,但住下来细看有点显得陈旧,做工也粗糙.不过在北京CBD附近,这个价格的性价比还是不错的.觉得纳闷的是,这么低的价格,酒店的投资人怎么能赚钱? | |

| 这是我第三次入住帝景豪庭，这次是住公寓。比较一下，优点：1、大望路西修好了，车很顺畅。如果要坐公交，不远处就有。2、公寓视线很好3、房间内部很宽敞4、与酒店在3楼相连缺点：1、公寓内有蚊子2、有就有吧，结果要蚊香需要叫3次客房部。大概过了1个小时才送上来！和客房部催了3次，最后客房部人员说：我们已经叫了服务员了，那她不来，我们也没办法！我不知道这是不是客房部人员应该说的话！需要个水果刀，叫了2次，过了20分钟才送上来！3、客房清洁人员按了门铃，不等里面的人反应就开门！4、客房清洁人员不知道房间是否已经打扫！5、房间的保险箱是不能用的，这是公寓前台的答复！6、公寓的厨房设施是摆设，包括洗衣机。而且在厨房的门上贴了个标签，说只给长期租户使用。7、房间里有一扇门是无法打开的！8、网速时快时慢。快的时候达到1M，慢的时候0.1k。无法BT下载。9、公寓的电梯给人很脏的感觉。10、公寓的走廊很黑。11、携程预订的公寓可能都在靠近马路一侧，如果有睡眠问题的人，需要想清楚再预订。 | |

| 在携程定的公寓房，到了酒店大厅才被告知公寓在另一栋楼里check in，走到那边之后，被服务员及其冷漠的告知没有预定。恨不得把所有在场的人的名字都试过一边才被告知：阿，定了，用XXX的名字……。要不是我当时都已经和她嚷起来了，我们的订单就这么被丢回了3次阿！拿了钥匙到了房间，发现房间还不错，只不过一进门的地面有点脏，整个屋里有一股霉味。住了3天，每天早上都要面对楼下服务员的一张臭脸，入住之前就听说服务较差，看来是公寓这边的吧？酒店那边的还都不错。硬件再OK，这种服务实在是不敢恭维。 | |

| 暴发户气息的酒店公寓而已。装修的批金带银，房间蛮大的，但软件很一般。而且据出租车司机说，这个地盘原来是化工厂，生产砒霜的，吓人的。 | |

| Whoever posted some good comments about the hotel must be related to them. I stayed in the Hotel for 3 days during January, the hotel outside looks great. Did not know the hotel English name before hand, this is Howard Johnson Hotel, a motel chain in USA, but some how get to China become a 5 star level hotel just like Days Inn. What a joke... If the hotel chain want to be line up with the 5 Star, please you must provide the 5 star services, not just talk. The front desk service was good, but not enough people, too slow and making customers waiting. I booked a suite and they have two type, I look at both and choose the one level one which is easier to access... furnitures is kind of old and are the Old English or New England type, if you like it dark in the room, they didn't keep up the maintenance, so the condition is not that good. The carpet is very dirty so you must wear their cheap slipper or else who know what you will pick up from the carpet ( they do not vacuum the carpet everyday, I can see the left over food I had for the day before ). You need to call housekeeping to vacuum every time ( this is what you call 5 star service). Hallway is noise which you can hear from your room, that means the sound prove is not that great. The Cafe at the 2nd floor is ok but their waitress will just stand there doing nothing, what a great service. Surrounding area has nothing but some other low price hotels, hart to find a place to eat. Very inconvenience to get taxi and very far from Downtown and business district. It cost me one way everyday about RMB60 to 80 to get to other location. So if you need to do business in the business district, don't stay here. Most of the taxi driver don't know this hotel location so they will just circle around to find it. Plus the Beijing taxi drivers are one of the worst in the country, they do always take you to a longer route and make a few dollars more... If you tell them to their face and they will get mad.. and pretend they don't know the road.( one thing is the taxi driver always asked you which route do you want to take, what a joke, if I know the route well, I will drive myself..)Overall, the hotel is Ok but not a five star.. may be between a 3 or 4 the most. If the hotel chain and manager want to learn the 5 star, they should go visit those real 5 star hotel and stay couple night there, also they need to purchase a few carpet cleaning machines to at least keep the carpet clean... Will not go back to this hotel again.F. Yip, USA . | |
