the service is terrible, the manager on duty (lobby) even told me rudely that they cannot call the taxi for me, and there are 5 peoples standed there for nothing, and there are many taxi right outside the steet, we have to go to the street to take a taxi with all my luggages, i will never stay in the hotel, please don't stay this hotel if you want some basic service and friendly staff.
